Attention! Town Center West will be under maintenance May 27th – July 21st and will be generally unavailable during that time period. Please contact Kristin Fletcher at [email protected] for inquiries into reserving the space during that period.

Hailey Town Center West (116 S River St) is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be reserved between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to allocate adequate time for setup and to return the room to its original configuration. Keys may not be obtained until the start of your reservation time.

Applicants must adhere to the requirements contained within the Room Use Policy.

Please Note: Town Center West room reservations are required at least 72 hours in advance.

Applicants Must:

  • Carefully check the Town Center West calendar for availability
  • Review the HPL Room Use Policy
  • Answer all questions in the application form below

Items We Can Provide:

  • AV equipment including: laptop, projector, and screen
  • 90 folding chairs
  • 15 rectangular banquet tables 6’x3′

Additional Fees:

  • Light refreshments may be served if requested and approved in writing, and a $100 refundable deposit is received
  • For groups of 50 or more
    • Applicant will be charged a non-refundable $25 trash collection fee
    • Applicant will be charged a non-refundable $300 cleaning fee
    • Applicant will be charged a refundable $500 cleaning deposit
    • Applicant is responsible for providing one portable toilet(s) for every fifty (50) persons

Additional Permits:

Some activities may require the applicant to secure an additional permit(s) from the City of Hailey to complete their reservation for Town Center West. Below are the most commonly required permits. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and secure the correct permit(s). Note: City permits may take up to one month to process.
